Placing an order online:
1. Select a category from the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click on a t-shirt to get full details (size, colour etc) and a close up image.
3. Choose your size and colour (if applicable) and then click on the "Add to Basket" button. By default, this places one item only into your shopping basket. You can add more than one of the same item by entering the number you require into the small text box next to the "Add to Basket" button.
4. You can view and edit the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "View Basket" button at the top-right of the page. This allows you to easily add and remove items from your basket. You can continue to browse the store, and add further items to your basket, or if you're ready to pay, click the "Checkout" button at the top-right of the page.
5. Follow the step-by-step on-screen instructions through our secure checkout.
6. If your payment details were authorised and the transaction was successful you will receive two emails confirming your order: one from Bluecatstore.com and one from our payment service providers, WorldPay plc.
7. That's it! If we anticipate a delay for any reason, we'll contact you with the details.

Who are WorldPay™?
We use WorldPay for all of the secure online credit card transactions on our site. Established in 1993, WorldPay are an internationally recognised organisation, and were the first company to develop an online store with secure payments.
- All WorldPay payment systems are bank endorsed.
- WorldPay systems have inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance.
- WorldPay use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 Bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used.

Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes! In fact, over 40% of all our orders are from outside the UK.

How much do you charge for shipping?
UK mainland shipping is just £0.99 per item. The shipping charge to europe is £1.50 per item. For the rest of the World we charge £3.50 per item.

You will be responsible for the payment of any import or other local taxes if they apply.

When will my stuff arrive?
- All the designs in the BlueCat Store are stock items. However there are occasions when the last shirt will sell out before the new stock arrives. (This is very rare!)
Your order should be sent out WITHIN 1 - 4 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
- If we anticipate a delay for any reason, you will be e-mailed with a revised dispatch time.
- All orders are sent by Airmail from our Italian depot, so the total time will depend on your local postal service.

What if I am not happy with the goods when they arrive?
In compliance with 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000', Blue Cat are duty bound to accept any returned goods within 7 days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in re-saleable condition.
So, if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us by email within seven days. Upon receipt of your e-mail, you will be issued a returns number and instructions on how and where to send your return.
(Don’t forget to write your returns number on the package or note inside)
Upon receipt of the returned goods you will be given a full refund of the cost of the goods, we are unable to refund the cost of your return postage. We are unable to refund or exchange items which have been damaged after you have received them. We regret that we can only refund postage of the returned item is faulty or was incorrectly sent.
Please use recorded delivery, registered post or your local equivalent when returning an item to us. We do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 4.5%. This covers the fee that we are charge by our bank to process the card transaction. This fee will not be charged for returned orders or order that are cancelled after 28 days.

How accurate is the reproduction of the products on the site?
The reproduction of the colours and designs on the Bluecat site are as accurate as our technology will allow. They are however only intended as a guide to give an indication of the appearance of the item in question.
